The goals of the LANOIA Strategic Plan were to develop an Airport Strategic Plan and Facility Development/Enhancement Program for LANOIA consistent with the Regions anticipated growth and its goals and objectives and to identify circulation improvements that would enhance ground transportation service, as well as the identification of opportunities for growth in aviation-related and non-aviation services and industries.

Creelman provided IT and Communications Planning with evaluation and documentation of existing systems and development of Infrastructure Strategic Planning.
