The Hyperion Treatment Plant (HTP) currently provides wastewater treatment for nearly all of the City of Los Angeles, as well as several contract cities including Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Burbank, Culver City, El Segundo, Glendale, San Fernando and portions of Los Angeles County.

Creelman is conducting sewer flow analysis of Culver City’s inflow to the City of Los Angeles Hyperion wastewater treatment plant. Our tasks include data collection, data analysis, and reporting.
