Update of LAWA Organizational Structure and Strategic Business Plan

This project conducted an organizational review as well as a review of LAWA’s existing Strategic Business Plan with the intent of implementing a “balanced scorecard” approach to planning and performance measurement. Leigh Fisher Associates led the assignment, Deloite was responsible for the balanced scorecard assessment in the Strategic Business Plan and providing expert guidance on the organizational review.
Creelman undertook benchmarking and provided ongoing support on information technology and environmental issues at LAWA.
