Client: Los Angeles World Airports
Prime: Kelar Corporation
Over the last five years, LAWA has developed a geographic information system (GIS) including LAWA’s utilities survey and documentation (LUSAD) into a central geospatial repository for facilities, utilities and engineering documents. The LUSAD database and related end user applications serve LAWA users with access to data and documents from approximately 190,000 scanned and referenced engineering drawings. This contract will enable the replacement of obsolete software and application programming code with updated versions, as well as providing high resolution orthophotography, and creating a planimetric (basemap).
