GOAA has contracted with AECOM to implement an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system utilizing the Oracle Enterprise Content Management 11g. The services include ECM systems architecture, software infrastructure deployment, software installation and configuration, and validation of functions and performance as required to provide a comprehensive and robust platform for automation of the Authority document management processes including document classification, attribution, access and revision control, approvals and distribution, retention, and retrieval. The scope also includes definition and documentation of required business processes and validation that these processes meet all applicable Federal, State, and Municipal statutes.

Creelman is assisting with the development of content inventory, metadata, governance, and document workflow.
