Formed in 2001, Creelman, Inc. provides technical services to cost-effectively support projects in the transportation sector, as well as municipal and private organizations. Our primary focus involves IT systems implementation including Security (Close Circuit Television (CCTV), Access Control), Communications (VoIP, Telephone, Radio), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and Enterprise Content Management (ECM). Our services include Business Process Analysis, Standards Development, Threat and Vulnerability Analysis, Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD), Constructability Analysis, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Risk Management, Asset Management, Project and Document Controls, and Quality Assurance.
We also offer a wide range of environmental services including Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs), Air Quality, Water Quality, Waste Minimization, Environmental Monitoring, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), and Sustainability.
In 2012, Dr. Lynn Creelman, President of Creelman Inc., participated in Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program designed to help small businesses in the United States create jobs and economic growth by providing entrepreneurs with a practical business and management education, access to capital and business support services.

In addition, Creelman, Inc. has been awarded the Local Business Preference designation by the City of Los Angeles. The Local Preference Ordinance awards local businesses seeking government contracts by assigning them greater value on their bids and proposals.
