This project concerned the development and preparation of a strategic IT Master Plan that mapped a clear-cut course of migration from the then owned technology and technology infrastructure, to a desired future technology base based upon surveys of existing conditions, investigation and analysis of current and projected business requirements and constraints.

Creelman supported the development of the project work plan, site survey, systems/business analysis, technology and resource requirements analysis, development of the IT Master Plan, and design support. Our focus was on providing overall Quality Assurance/Quality Control on the project.
