This project provided for the development and implementation of a secure, web-enabled Spatial Information System (SIS) for enterprise-wide asset management. This SIS laid the foundation for improvements to GOAA’s Computerized Maintenance Management System and Lease Management System.

In order to optimize the business processes related to the management of airport space, our team conducted interactive workshops to capture the existing or “as-is” condition, identified opportunities for improvement, and mapped the “to-be” workflows and business processes.
